Job Schedule: Fri: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Sat: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Sun: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including assisting with de‑escalation support and requesting additional resources as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including corridors, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with visitor direction, way finding, and adherence to location rules and/or restricted‑area requirements.
• Complete security‑related reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate status updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
