Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbances, access concerns, and suspicious activity.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interiors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential hazards.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, verifying authorization, assisting with directions, and reporting irregularities per site policy.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or emergency responders as required.
