A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail, who can keep the kitchen clean and organized while preparing and cooking food and working as a team with the rest of our kitchen staff.

Applicants must be able to:

* Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Great communication and organizational skills

* Able to multi task in a fast paced environment

* Maintain kitchen equipment.

* Follow CFA standards with recipes and cooking procedures

* Ensure CFA quality standards are followed at all times

* Stock and Clean as needed

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years of age

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Excellent communication skills

* Have the ability to lift 50 pounds

* Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
