Position: Travel Med-Surg Nurse (RN) in Burlington, NC
An opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses to support a diverse inpatient unit specializing in adult through geriatric orthopedic and medical-surgical care. This travel position is based in Burlington, NC, offering a dynamic clinical environment with a multidisciplinary approach to patient rehabilitation and care.

Key

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including prior travel nursing assignments
• Current RN licensure with a solid background in Med Surg nursing
• Proven Charge RN experience is required to support leadership coverage
• BLS certification mandatory
• Flexibility to float to other areas and assume Charge RN responsibilities as needed
• Comfortable working in a 29-bed telemetry unit caring for patients post orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements and fracture repairs, as well as medical and surgical cases
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) and every other weekend schedule without call requirements
