General, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN, urology — everything except hearts and complicated peds, Healthy peds, dental and ENT, ENT, cataracts, ortho (no totals), endoscopy
Will be credentialed at 2 different locations
Must be Proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
