RN - MedSurg​/Tele

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting. The RN will monitor patients remotely and on the unit for various health conditions, particularly in a stroke and neuro patient population. The role requires a strong background in telemetry, IV management, and telemetry remote monitoring experience.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data, ensuring accuracy and timely intervention.
• Manage blood products and administer medications as per the established protocols.
• Provide care for patients with feeding tubes and central lines, ensuring proper management and maintenance.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and maintain infection control standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably with telemetry experience.
• BLS and NIH certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
• Valid nursing license in hand is required at the time of submission.
• Strong understanding of patient ratios and inpatient care standards.
