What We're Offering

• Total Annual Earning Potential:
  Equivalent up to almost $60,000 per year
• Base Compensation: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography, with a future career path to $80,000+ base salary as a BCBA
• Clinician Compass Program: three pathways toward BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, focused mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 in incentive bonuses for completing your Masters program and passing the BACB exam
• Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, including clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed

  Mon-Fri mornings to 6:30pm, two to three evenings per week until 8:30pm (evenings paid); no Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in the Clinician Compass pathway, including paid fieldwork, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions
• Inspire Growth and Progress: supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure client progress under a BCBA
• Empower and Support: mentor behavior technicians and help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans
• Adapt and Thrive: balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace challenges, prioritize tasks, and manage a dynamic caseload

What We’re Looking For

• Aspiring BCBAs seeking support to finish their journey; the Compass Program accelerates the path to becoming a BCBA
• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program (required)
• Experience with software solutions for data collection and programming
• 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Ideal candidates are 6-12 months from being ready to sit for the BACB Exam
