As an RN on our ACTT team, you won’t be confined to a clinic—you’ll be out in the community, building relationships and delivering care that changes lives. This is a deeply rewarding role for nurses who value purpose-driven work, connection, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and medication monitoring
- Administer and record psychotropic medications as prescribed
- Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
- Collaborate with the psychiatrist on medication protocols
- Support individuals with medication adherence and health promotion
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Deliver care in community settings, including client homes
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted RN or APRN license in NC or VA
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Mental health experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
