Job Description- Prepare, analyze and reconcile credit card transactions on a daily basis.
- Review and analyze bank charges on a monthly basis, resolving any issues.
- Assist with research, coordination, analysis and evaluation of simple to complex projects and assignments.
- Work with merchant services to obtain merchant numbers/credit card numbers for Patient Service Centers (PSC) and In Office Phlebotomist (IOP) locations.
- Analyze company bank account reconciliations to identify any issues and/or inactive accounts.
- Initiate ACH’s and wires for the Treasury Department in banking system.
- Complete various account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Assist in Corporate Card monthly analysis.
- Assist with various Treasury projects as needed.
