Position: Process Validation Engineer

Date: 10/24/2016 - 10/1/2017

Location: 780 Plantation Drive, Burlington, NC 27215, United States

Compensation: $40/hr on W2

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering related field OR an Associate’s degree in a science or engineering related field with an additional 2-3 years of related process validation experience
• 3 - 5 years of process validation experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt training
• Experience working with analytical and statistical tools
• Work experience in a cGMP facility with knowledge of related industry guidance and regulations pertaining to validation
• Experience performing (writing and executing) facility validation
• Strong technical, problem-solving skills, and statistical background
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Previous experience leading successful validation projects
• Experience in process development utilizing Design of Experiments
• Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks
• Effective leadership abilities
