• Be the first point of contact for our clients — greeting guests, answering inquiries, and setting a positive tone for their session.
• Manage schedules and sessions to keep the studio running smoothly and efficiently
• Promote memberships and renewals with confidence and enthusiasm — you’ll be a key part of our growth!
• Communicate with clients and prospects via phone and text to book appointments and share information.
• Support your team — help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with Stretch Practitioners and the management team to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional, personalized experience.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people feel their best.
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred — fitness industry experience is a plus!
