Site Supervisor (Residential New Construction)
Location: Burlington, NC

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be the eyes and ears on the jobsite, coordinating trade partners, protecting the schedule and quality, and ensuring a safe, clean, professional build from start to finish. You’ll track progress and documentation daily in Job Tread, communicate field updates, and help deliver the customer experience Roll is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Lead jobsite professionalism: set expectations, keep the site organized, and communicate clearly with trades, vendors, and clients
- Coordinate subcontractors and schedules to keep projects moving on time and on budget
- Complete daily logs and photos and update tasks/time in Job Tread
- Manage inspections, permits, and code compliance; keep documentation accurate and complete
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets plans, specs, and Roll’s standards
- Maintain jobsite safety practices; OSHA mindset (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Plan site logistics (deliveries, access, sequencing) and solve issues quickly and calmly
- 2 or more years of construction leadership/site supervision experience (must‑have)
- Strong people skills: can lead trades, hold others accountable, and keep relationships respectful
- Ability to read plans and spot issues before they become change orders
- Comfortable using mobile/tablet tools and construction software (Job Tread experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for jobsite travel
- High school diploma preferred; additional education a plus
- Full‑time, W‑2 employment
- Pay: $23 per hour (paid bi‑weekly via direct deposit)

- Tool allowance up to $75/month after probation
- Mileage reimbursement ($0.76/mile for eligible business travel)
- Company‑provided tablet; typical schedule Mon‑Fri, 7:30 am‑5:00 pm
