• Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential issues affecting retention
• Establish frameworks for comparing operational data and retention trends across different markets
• Partner with the data science team to enhance predictive modeling for attrition reduction
• Monitor key performance indicators related to customer retention and engagement
• Develop reports and presentations to share insights with key stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Technical expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to various audiences

• Master's Degree
• Experience in the credit card industry
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
