Receptionist

Typical Day & Responsibilities

Helping others is what we do best here, which means you will get to see the impact of your work firsthand. As you inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, you will build client relationships that will grow stronger each year.

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients for appointments as requested.
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer‑service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
