We are growing in Burlington, NJ.

Available: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM – Monday to Friday.

Role focuses on movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of Material Handling equipment.

Role requires skills and experience to operate/drive manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation. These roles will mostly require an externally accredited qualification/licence.

Typical titles include Forklift operator, Equipment Operator, MHE Operator.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Handle material: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products and other duties.
• Ensure timeliness, packaging and systems work is completed accurately.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be forklift certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 year.
• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well.
• Must have the ability to work well with others.
• High attention to detail required.
• Must have the ability to work well with others with little supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending and lifting objects above the head. Employees must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

$21.00 hourly with a $0.50 shift differential.

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
