A team of consultants who deliver guest experiences through strong operations, visual merchandising, and fulfilling guest needs on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. Style Consultants focus on meeting guests where they are and ensuring the floor is set with the right products, pricing, sizes and colors.

The Role of a Style Consultant can provide the following skills and experiences:

• Guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, pricing and promotions, and basic visual merchandising
• Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation
• Set, fill, and price the sales floor according to guest priorities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and product knowledge
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and locate items in the backroom as needed
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by completing priority fills and merchandising to capacity
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to create an inspiring shopping experience
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signage
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Work safely and comply with safety policies, reporting hazards as needed
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up while complying with relevant laws
• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with guest needs
• Thank guests and foster a positive shopping experience
• Other duties as needed by business requirements

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders as required
• Safely scan, move, and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 15 pounds routinely and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule, reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
