Fixture Purchasing Coordinator

Base pay range: $20.50/hr – $27.00/hr

This role is responsible for purchasing fixtures and graphics for all new stores and capital projects at the store level and acts as a liaison between the vendor community, fixture and graphics execution teams, Finance, facilities project management, logistics and the field.

• Store level fixture and graphics buying for all New Stores and Capital Projects. Manages the entire PO release process: creation, review, and reconciliation.
• Creates and maintains spreadsheets to track all fixture spending, inventories and roll out by location.
• Collaborates with New Store and Capital Project Execution Teams to purchase/release fixture and graphics requests, provide accurate inventory information and support needs for all store openings and capital projects.
• Develops effective vendor relationships by providing performance feedback and communicating and enforcing Burlington service level expectations.
• Partners with 3PL to determine the most efficient method to ship and track all purchased fixtures and furniture.
• Effectively tracks and monitors inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in buying or retail store management.
• Experience with retail fixtures is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
• Strong business math skills for purchase order (PO) tracking, budgeting, and cost expense management.
