Corporate Parts Manager

Job Description

The company, a Hyundai dealer, is looking for a Corporate Parts Manager for its multi-location semi‑tire dealership to optimize resources and deliver exceptional service while achieving the company’s goals and objectives.

• Maintain good customer relationships and high level of service.
• Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, shop, retail, and wholesale accounts.
• Actively assist in or handle dispute resolutions and warranty situations promptly, to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Understand and track market pricing and make pricing recommendations.
• Actively participate in promotional activities.
• Maintain effective point‑of‑purchase displays of literature and/or materials.
• Track lost sales and report recommended actions based on data.
• Work with outside sales staff to understand customer requirements and satisfaction with the branch service and support.
• Oversee and reconcile all COD parts transactions.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Provide daily reporting and all other duties assigned by Senior Management.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical, well‑organized, proficient with the use of computers and related software, customer‑service oriented.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ethical in all job‑related activities.

The position requires exposure to shop/repair areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and other mandatory safety equipment.

• Sit or stand as needed.
• Walk primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
• Reach above shoulder height, below the waist, or lift as required to reach documents or store materials throughout the workday.
• Proper lifting techniques required.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Driver’s license (Preferred)

• Ase certification (Preferred)
• 5+ years of demonstrated successful heavy‑duty truck and trailer parts operations management.
• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or other business-related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Purchasing experience is a plus.

Annual Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 USD
