Work location:

Burlington, NJ (Onsite). Contract duration: 6 months.

• Lead the functional and technical deployment of Coupa for clients.
• Work in a multi‑party environment including third‑party vendors, Coupa Professional Services while adhering to project timelines.
• Bring best practices across the implementation including Coupa setup, user adoption, integration and supplier enablement.
• Conduct workshops, design review sessions, UAT sessions, and training at client location as necessary.
• Create and refine implementation templates, training materials, and presentations to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Apply Coupa implementation methodologies and industry knowledge to develop effective functional designs.
• Coordinate and work in onsite‑onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Mentor and train team members on technical design, implementation, and best practices.
• Support the creation and presentation of sales proposals to prospective clients.

• Experience in at least 3 Coupa implementation programs.
• Strong implementation experience in Coupa modules covering Procurement to Invoicing, Early Pay Discounts, Inventory, Risk Aware, Spend Guard, Analytics, and AIC modules.
• Strong functional and technical deployment skills in Coupa solutions.
