Creative Change Counseling Inc. (CCC) is an outpatient facility offering comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services. With locations in New Jersey, Delaware, and North Carolina, CCC is dedicated to inspiring hope and transforming lives through individual, family, and group therapy across all age groups. The organization provides specialized services including Behavioral Assistance, Intensive In-Community Therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, and substance abuse programs such as PHP, IOP, and OP.

CCC also operates “The Spot,” a Teen Success and Recreation Center, while actively supporting its community through events, volunteering, and various outreach initiatives. CCC is an approved provider for most major insurance plans, NJ Medicare, and Medicaid.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Burlington, NJ for New Jersey IIC and Behavioral Assistant Community Providers, as well as Delaware Mobile Therapist & TSF Providers. As a service provider, you will be responsible for delivering intensive in-home and community therapy services and behavioral assistance to support youth and families in achieving their emotional and behavioral goals. Responsibilities include developing tailored treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, coordinating care with families and external stakeholders, and documenting progress while adhering to all relevant policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in providing individual and family-based therapy and behavioral assistance
  • Strong skills in communication, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Capability to create and implement client-centered treatment plans
  • Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse treatment practices
  • Familiarity with Medicaid/NJ Medicare compliance and reporting processes is a plus
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW) is highly desirable
  • Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally for in-community services
