OverviewThe Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. This individual will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center.
This new model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Cherry Hill and surrounding areas. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required. References in these areas are a must. Scheduling is required. Other duties as required.
- Provide professional nursing care within the scope of practice for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
- Supervise and support care provided by the nursing team, utilizing the nursing process and therapeutic use of self.
- Assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center to meet acute/immediate care needs in Cherry Hill and surrounding areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
- Follow scheduling requirements and adhere to professional standards and regulations.
- Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
- Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
