Join the Black Rocket team as an Assistant Teacher in our summer programming. You will work with kids ages 6‑14 in a fun, technology‑focused classroom setting.

• Work during the summer season (4 to 10 weeks), starting in June.
• Teach and support students in coding (Python, JavaScript, Lua, etc.), game creation, Roblox, app design, digital arts, video editing, robotics, drones, Minecraft, or STEM.
• Deliver in‑room instruction with PAID training.
• Engage students in hands‑on projects and collaborative learning.

• Located within driving distance of one of our partner regions with reliable transportation.
• Strong technology skills (3D modeling, game creation, design, animation, robotics, video editing, digital arts, competitive gaming, Minecraft or Roblox).
• Available for online training in May prior to the start of summer.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; work sponsorship not available.
• Must love working with kids.
• Minimum availability: 4 weeks, Monday through Friday.

• 18 years of age or older.
• College students studying education, computer science, digital arts, information technology, or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Experience with kids in a formal or informal setting is a plus (babysitting, volunteering, coaching, tutoring).
• Rate: $15‑$17 per hour.

• PAID training.
• Potential opportunities to advance into lead or supervisory teaching roles.

• Pay: $15–$17 per hour.
• Summer seasonal position (4‑10 weeks).
