Schedule:

Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Join Keurig Dr Pepper as a Senior Global Logistics Analyst, where you’ll manage international import and export operations while driving strategic initiatives. This role blends hands‑on logistics management with analytical decision‑making to ensure cost‑effective, compliant, and efficient global shipments. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, process improvements, and the implementation of new systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Global Shipments:
    Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of international shipments, coordinating with internal teams, manufacturers, and external partners.
  • Drayage Coordination:
    Schedule drayage operations and resolve carrier‑related issues for short‑haul transportation.
  • Trade Compliance:
    Prepare and manage export documentation while ensuring compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Develop dashboards to track KPIs, analyze performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Provide guidance on Incoterms and international shipping best practices.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Audit and approve transportation invoices and process freight claims.
  • Process Optimization:
    Maintain SOPs and partner with providers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Total Rewards
  • Targeted annual compensation range of $90,000–$105,000.
  • This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience:

    3–5 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, with expertise in drayage, intermodal, or trucking operations.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of U.S. import/export regulations, international trade compliance, and Incoterms.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Excel, logistics management systems (LMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and carrier portals.
  • Core Competencies:

    Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
