Bring the energy when the club is at its busiest as a Night Shift Team Member. Evenings are fast-paced, social, and team-driven, and you will be at the center of the action helping leagues, lessons, and players have an incredible experience from check-in through closing.

At The Picklr, we are more than an indoor pickleball facility. We are a community hub where people connect, compete, and build relationships every day. As a Team Member, you create the first impression and the lasting experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This position blends customer service, hospitality, recreation, and light operations into one dynamic, hands-on role.

You will greet members at the front desk, manage check-ins, answer phones, assist with scheduling leagues and lessons, provide tours, explain membership options, process payments, support retail sales, and maintain a clean, organized facility. This is an active role where you are constantly moving and interacting with guests.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $17, plus commission opportunities on memberships, merchandise and retail sales. Team Members receive a complimentary membership after certain metrics are met, employee discounts on gear and apparel, and opportunities for advancement into Lead, Supervisor, or Management roles.

We hire for attitude and reliability first. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, comfortable talking with new people, and enjoys teamwork. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or sports is helpful but not required.
