Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to work on the Storage Infrastructure team that handles Exabytes of data across 60+ regions.

Own software design and development for core components of the Storage Service Control Plane. You will be a strong programmer and a distributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack, low-level systems and design broad distributed system interactions. Value simplicity and scale and work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment.

• 5+ years delivering large scale, highly available distributed systems and backend services.
• Extensive experience developing clean code in Java (or similar object oriented language) and scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of storage systems (block / object / file) and distributed persistence technologies.

Salary range $79,200 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
