What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and follow-up, selling Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience metrics
  • Manage customer interactions through effective communication, organization, and strong listening skills
  • Consult with business customers, solicit referrals, and close web leads
  • Maintain and update prospect database and sales funnel daily, ensuring order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience working with a sales funnel and generating leads
