Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers including property management, development, office, education, and retail sectors.
- Sell HVAC service agreements, replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC design/build solutions directly to end users.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to scope opportunities and secure contracts.
- Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.
- Exercise autonomy, accountability, and local decision-making authority in operations.
- Transfer project details effectively to the project management team for execution.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience.
- Strong network in the Greater Boston / North Shore market.
- Proven ability to sell replacement, retrofit, project, and service work.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
