We are searching for a full‑time Parts Advisor. Our ideal candidate will be positive, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional customer care to our clients. You will be part of a company that offers support, career‑advancement opportunities, and great benefits.
ScheduleMonday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5 pm and rotating Saturdays
Estimated Annual Salary Range$60,000.00 – $70,000.00
In This Role, You Will- Look up parts for service technicians, service advisors, and sales advisors
- Help retail customers over the phone, at the retail parts counter, and via email/parts website
- Take phone orders from wholesale parts customers
- Receive parts from factory and outside vendors, unpack, arrange, and place items on bins and shelves as needed
- Stock and clean accessory displays
- Process warranty parts and return them to factory when needed
- Scrap warranty parts not needed for returns
- Backup delivery drivers as needed
- Ship out parts orders with local drivers, UPS, Fed Ex, and LTL freight carriers
- Pull and ship back manufacturer returns
- Maintain perpetual inventory
- Other tasks assigned by the management team
- Base hourly rate + bi‑weekly commission

- Minimum 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record
- 2-3 years automotive dealership parts or technician experience
- Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently; dependable
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a positive team‑player attitude
- Enjoys challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Dealer Track knowledge is a plus but not required; will train
- Prior hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required; will train
- Experience with online sales is a plus
