Location: Burlington, Massachusetts
Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador in the Burlington, MA area! As a key member of our expanding team, you’ll have the opportunity to be a leader in luxury, natural skincare, but to also share your love for high-performance skincare and wellness through education and sales with our partner accounts.
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales, a passion for luxury skincare, and a commitment to clean beauty. This role requires flexibility to travel within 30 minutes of your home to various store locations.

Responsibilities- Confidently and authentically communicate the brand’s story, emphasizing natural and clean ingredients.
- Educate both employees and customers on product benefits and brand philosophy.
- Drive sales through personalized recommendations and hands-on product demonstrations.
- Meet set sales targets while working independently in the field.
- Efficiently manage a schedule across multiple store locations.
- Provide support and guidance to retail partner staff.
- Comfortable performing mini skincare treatments on the sales floor.
- Submit detailed recaps, offering insights to enhance the customer experience.
- Luxury retail sales experience (beauty or skincare strongly preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills
- Knowledge of clean beauty and skincare trends
- Confident, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time across multiple locations
- Tech-savvy; able to use apps for timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting
