Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks to teams; following up on tasks; and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to hold a manager position in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
