We’re looking for a ringleader to lead the day-to-day operations at Yard House. Yard House is built on craft beer and classic rock. Great food, classic rock, good beer—and loads of it—are all part of the vibe that our Sous Chefs help create. Our Sous Chefs oversee day‑to‑day operations, consistently delivering high‑quality, great‑tasting food to our guests and creating workplaces that our team members proudly call home.

• Competitive salary with weekly pay, and quarterly bonus eligibility.

• Current, salaried management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history, which demonstrates upward career and salary progression.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
