Travel Tele Float Pool RN jobs in Burlington, MA place you in a 335-bed teaching hospital and Level I trauma center. The hospital offers a fast-paced float pool environment, supporting multiple telemetry units and providing care for a wide range of cardiac and medical patients. You must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or a compact state, at least two years of recent telemetry or float pool experience, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required, and strong adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills are recommended. 12hr rotating shifts (7p-7:30a, 7a-7:30p) - will rotate in 4 week blocks from days to nights
No monitor techs so must be able to read tele strips independently
Ratios will be between 1:3-5 and will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units.
Level 1 trauma experience is preferred. If no prior travel, Level 1 trauma required
EPIC
Tele SCL and Reference required within a year
RTO Upon Submission
