Registered Nurse
- Critical Care (Contract Role)
Location: Burlington, MA 01805
Duration: 13 week
Shift: Night Shift | 7PM-7AM
Guaranteed
Hours:
36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2,520 - $2,700; (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU and PCU settings, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices.
- Monitor and interpret patient vitals and telemetry to make critical decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and adjust individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in EPIC EMR.
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in code situations and emergency response as needed.

Education:
- ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) required.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Massachusetts RN License - current and active (required).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA certified (required).
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AHA certified (required).
- 2-5 years of recent ICU experience required.
- Trauma Level experience highly preferred.
- May consider candidates with strong Trauma Level II experience.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience required.
- Traveler Only: No local candidates accepted.
