Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in EMR.

• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Respond effectively to emergencies and sudden changes in patient conditions.

Qualifications:

• Active MA RN license

• BLS

• ACLS

Additional Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
