Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the Progressive Care Unit. The RN will evaluate and monitor patients’ progress, identify changes in their medical condition, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

ey Responsibilities
- Evaluate and continuously monitor patients’ progress and condition.
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient health status and respond appropriately.
- Communicate regular updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
- Administer treatments and medications while monitoring patient response and doses.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and notify the appropriate medical staff.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork prior to patient transfers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Develop and implement effective individualized care plans.
equired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a progressive care or acute care setting.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Experience working in progressive care or similar specialized nursing units.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License (state-specific).
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
