We’re taking our marketing and sales efforts to the next level, and this position will help define what comes next. It’s a hands‑on leadership role to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, the sales team and a team of content writers, social media managers, digital and creative agency partners to bring campaigns to life.
You will own and oversee the following:
- Develop inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across email, digital, social, paid media, events and partner marketing.
- Build and optimize email marketing workflows, nurture sequences and segmented campaigns in Hub Spot. Maintain accurate marketing data and manage target lists.
- Own campaign performance end‑to‑end—from strategy to execution to reporting—with a focus on revenue impact. Own the campaign calendar and a disciplined go‑to‑market schedule.
- Partner with our digital agency to track and report on campaign and channel effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and ROI. Analyze funnel friction points and implement data‑driven optimizations through A/B testing.
- Stay current on the industry, our product capabilities, competitive landscape and target audience.
- Collaborate across the sales, product and client services divisions.
- Use GTM tools including Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Linked In and AI tools for problem‑solving and operational efficiency.
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with deep experience and a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
- Deep expertise in Hub Spot and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and performance reporting
- Experience with paid media channels including Linked In Campaign Manager
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
