- Configure Labware LIMS v6 to meet user requirements
- Expert in core functionalities of Labware LIMS and ability to understand/tailor the workflows
- Must have expertise in Sample Management and Lot Management modules
- Configure and develop Labware LIMS subroutines & non‑routine programs as per the client needs
- Develop and troubleshoot label issues and Crystal reports
- Provide technical support on application and interface issues
- Manage application administration such as user creation, assignment of roles, permissions, etc.
- Monitor application logs and perform periodic health checks on the application server and database server
- Monitor and troubleshoot Citric server print queues and ensure printing of labels
- Update visual workflows as per business needs
- Manage and install Labware LIMS on development server
- Implement change requests for Crystal Reports, LIMS visual workflows, LIMS workflow changes requiring modifications of subroutines, and LIMS stored queries as per SOPs
