Alpha Performance End to End Technical Integration - Vice President

State Street Alpha is looking to bring on a Alpha Platform End to End Solution Architect to support solution architect role for strategic Alpha initiatives and deliver new services, existing services and capabilities across the Alpha ecosystem.

• Capture and document business requirements from clients, product management teams, implementation and operations teams, and third‑party vendors to support strategic projects
• Diagram system and process flows to record critical components and represent them in schematic diagrams
• Define and deliver strategic interfaces supporting Alpha Data Platform software and services
• Evaluate third‑party systems and solutions to extend Alpha Platform capabilities
• Extend relationships across Alpha, State Street, CRD, Performance systems and third‑party teams to support the Alpha Platform Management team
• Contribute to new strategic initiatives across the Alpha Platform Management team
• Work on test strategy and execute test cases when required
• Provide solutions for data integration, system integration and automation
• Assist in client onboarding, BUAT and CUAT process
• Enhance workflow, data controls and monitoring capabilities front to back

• Oversee performance data integration across ADP, GPA, Opturo and Fact Set
• Drive benchmark testing and production readiness
• Manage technical workflows, including batch cycles and security‑level returns
• Collaborate with global teams for compliance and operational efficiency

• Deep knowledge of data architecture and financial systems
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Technical expertise in SQL, data pipelines and performance attribution
• Knowledge of SQL, programming, Snowflake, cloud concepts, relational DB design and system integration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, Jira and other Agile tools
• Ability to maintain focus and priorities in a dynamic setting
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies

• 10 years’ experience in solution, technical or business architecture roles with project lead experience preferred
• Established SME in two or more of the following areas:
  Transaction Lifecycle Management, Investment Accounting, Performance system and Portfolio Management
• Experience working with teams across business services, information systems and enterprise applications

Salary Range: $110,000 – $188,750 Annual (applicable to the primary location specified; ranges may differ if the role is based elsewhere)
