$48,000.00/yr - $56,000.00/yr

Our client, a software development company, is hiring a Procurement & Solutions Support Associate to join their team! This role works closely with consulting and sales teams to help deliver hardware and software solutions to clients. You’ll play a key role in preparing proposals, coordinating with vendor partners, and supporting the end-to-end procurement process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in technology, sales support, and client‑facing operations.

What

You’ll Do
  • Support consultants and sales team members by preparing hardware and software proposals and solution recommendations.
  • Research products, pricing, and vendor options to help identify the best solutions for client needs.
  • Assist with the full procurement lifecycle, including proposal creation, order placement, order tracking, and client communication.
  • Monitor client renewals and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
  • Create and review weekly reports related to procurement activity.
  • Support management with special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives.
  • Provide occasional front‑desk or reception backup support as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365; experience with quoting or CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal team members and external vendors.
  • A collaborative, motivated team player who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow.
  • Internships, co‑ops, or part‑time roles in operations, sales support, procurement, IT, or business administration.
  • Coursework or projects involving technology, data analysis, business operations, or vendor management.
  • Customer service, administrative, or coordination roles requiring organization and multitasking.
  • Any experience supporting teams, managing details, or working with external partners.
