We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join the Asset Hub development team. You will manage and optimize the data of our Centralized Cloud Inventory, using your Oracle database expertise and data engineering skills to develop data pipelines, generate actionable reports, and uphold data quality across the Asset Hub platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and structures supporting Asset Hub’s centralized inventory data.
• Leverage expert-level Oracle database knowledge to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
• Generate, automate, and optimize complex reports to provide actionable insights about cloud assets, usage, and operational trends.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely analytics.
• Design and implement data quality programs, monitoring frameworks, and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data architecture and reporting solutions.
• Document processes, best practices, and data lineage to ensure reliability and auditability.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Database technologies (SQL, PL/SQL, schema design, indexing, performance tuning).
• Strong report development skills.
• Understanding of cloud inventory concepts and asset management in cloud environments (such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks and monitoring tools.
• Experience in data modeling and managing large, complex datasets.
• Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
• Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to convey technical information clearly to various audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, agile team environment.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to reflect knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as product and business variations. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on factors including peer equity.
