Job Description- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across various levels of an organization and problem solving skills
- Expert knowledge of server, networking, operating system, database, application performance management, monitoring and alerting system, load balancing, and security systems
- Strong Linux and Windows administrative capabilities
- Expert working knowledge of Dev Ops and cloud operational support processes
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring and metrics systems
- Experience with scripting languages
- Experience with provisioning software like Ansible or similar tools.
- Experience with source control like Git
- Experience with Docker, and container orchestration software
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios or similar tools
- Experience with Jira processes a plus
