Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for a growing organization. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll administration while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll tax filings and reporting requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Assist with audits and provide payroll-related documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll experience; multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Quick Books, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
