Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant General Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn located in Burlington, MA. You will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff performance, assisting in financial management, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service and standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting the General Manager in operational decision-making and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and management skills, including staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
  • Operational knowledge of hospitality functions such as front desk operations, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Financial management expertise, including budget planning, cost control, and revenue management
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems and general computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
