Cortica is looking for a Site Director to join its growing team!

The Site Director serves as the senior leader responsible for all aspects of operations, performance, and culture at a single Cortica center. The Site Director leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and operations administrative staff to deliver exceptional, whole-child care to the families we serve.

The Site Director translates Cortica’s strategic goals into actionable plans, ensures operational and clinical excellence, and fosters a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
