Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part Time
Location: Burlington and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)

- Hourly: $70 - $80
- Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely, balancing clinical work and administrative tasks. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it is clinically effective for the client.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Full control over when and where you supervise cases. - Administrative Support: Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by a dedicated team, freeing time for clinical care.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
