- Valid driver’s license
- HHA or PCA certificate (if applicable)
- Current TB documentation required
- I-9 documents:
Passport OR Driver’s License + Social Security Card/Birth Certificate - Reliable transportation (car required)
- Willing to work short shifts with immediate availability
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and support
- Follow individualized care plans
- Complete required documentation
