Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing construction company which owns and operates several well-known brands in greater Boston. We have a great environment and friendly, tight-knit team where we are looking for a "Jack or Jane" of all things Accounting. This person can come on as the Accounting Manager where they will work closely with senior leadership as they are going to work through the month-end, reporting, analysis and process improvement.
This will have a very quick path to the Controllership, where you'll be working very closely with the VP of Finance and firm ownership.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in the Construction industry, and not above or below most mid-sized company Accounting tasks. This is a smaller team, where you would work closely with the Executive leadership team and Owner to oversee the Accounting operations function as well as some AR/AP/Payroll staff. Someone well-versed in smaller company Accounting would be great, as we are a organic growth organization with ~50 employees.
