- A 20-student classroom with two teachers, designed for balance, collaboration, and consistency
- A dedicated Education Coach who supports your instructional practice, classroom management, and professional growth
- A thoughtfully paired co-teacher who complements your strengths and teaching style
- An assigned Faculty Support Teacher who covers breaks and planning time daily
