Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

Do you want to be a part of a growing organization with projects already lined up for the next 5 to 10 years? If so, we are looking for you to join our team and help manage multiple heavy-civil construction projects throughout northern MA. This is a full-time position with a lucrative salary/bonus structure along with a comprehensive overall employment package (car, phone, iPad, gas card).

Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience supervising any of the following heavy civil work: sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full-scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects - including manpower and team leadership.
• Your project leadership experience includes creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not only limited to following prescribed schedules as a subcontractor.
• You get fired up for new challenges. Maintaining the status quo when there's an opportunity for improvement goes against your nature. You don't need everything spelled out for you, because you enjoy writing the book yourself.
• Your combination of experience, determination, and ability to think critically enables you to develop well-planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations.
