The Front Desk Office Administrator/Coordinator role is a full‑time, on‑site position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Burlington, MA, offering $25/hour. This opportunity is with a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company and is structured as a temp‑to‑hire assignment. The organization is looking to move quickly, with interviews and start dates targeted as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and greet all guests and clients
  • Provide general office support and coordinate daily office needs
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Keep the kitchen area tidy and manage dishwasher loading
  • Order lunches as needed
  • Ensure conference rooms remain organized and presentable
  • Offer refreshments to visitors
